Faktor VIII Inhibitor Bestimmung (Bethesda Einheiten)

Der Faktor VIII Inhibitor Kit ist ein Reagenziensatz für die Bestimmung von Faktor VIII Inhibitoren entsprechend der Bethesda Methode mit verbesserter Spezifität im Bereich niedriger Antikörper-Konzentrationen, da die Probe mit gepuffertem normalem FVIII Plasma verdünnt wird (1 IU FVIII/mL). Der Kit enthält ein Faktor VIII Inhibitor Plasma als positive Kontrolle und ein Faktor VIII Inhibitor freies Plasma als negative Kontrolle. Berechnungssoftware (Excel) ist im Kundenbereich verfügbar.
