Technoclone is a world-leading producer of diagnostics tests, equipment and research products in the area of blood clotting.
We are looking to recruit a Product Manager Hemostasis to expand our team.

Main Duties

• Provides remote and in person troubleshooting to customers and sales representatives for instrumentation and reagents
• Re-train customers remotely and in person regarding the operation, application, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Installation support of instruments
• Records all aspects of call services, documentation and complaint handling
• Maintains a high level of knowledge on all Technoclone products.
• Provide internal project support

This is a diverse position which requires a flexible work ethic and willingness to travel (max 20% year) worldwide.

The candidate will report to the Product Manager Hemostasis and will become a pivotal source of information to the sales and product management team.

Profile

You are an enthusiastic natural scientist or you have completed a relevant technical college.
You have at least three years of professional experience in the field of coagulation diagnostics (in the laboratory or in diagnostic/scientific field service).
...or you have a chemical or technical training and ready to dive into the exciting field of coagulation.
You work independently, accurately and responsibly.
You convince employees, colleagues and customers with your well-founded knowledge of English, your commitment and your enthusiasm for your job.
We are required by Austrian law to post a minimum salary. The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is EUR 3.500,- based on fulltime (40 hours per week); depending on experience and qualification salary can be negotiated.
